recognition of Constitution and Citizenship Day, the DC Public Library
will host a lecture by Jeffery Rosen on Tuesday, September 7, at 12
noon.  Rosen will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court and how the judicial
branch of government works.

A seminar and discussion series on aspects of the African American experience. Each week focuses on a person, event, or theme and will include audiovisual materials.
