Join our instructors for a free one-hour yoga class every Tuesday morning at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library. The 10 a.m. gentle yoga class is designed to accommodate all skill levels and ranges of motion, especially targeting adults ages 55+ and those with limited flexibility. Tuesday Yoga is back!  A free beginner yoga class taught by Lindsey Crawford of Yoga District.  We meet in the sunny children's programming room.  Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring your own mat or towel.  Participants will have to sign a waiver. 18+ please. Please join us for yoga at the Southwest Library - now twice every week! On Tuesday evenings, Jen DeMayo of Yoga District will lead class, and on Thursday nights, Rosemary grant will teach. The class is free and no registration is required. All levels welcome. Mats and props are provided by the Friends of the Southwest Library.

Starting Tuesday, January 10 and occurring weekly, there will be at 7 p.m. Gentle Yoga with practitioner Elizabeth Tseng. Please bring your own water, beach towel or mat. Ms.Tseng requests that the practice be done barefoot. You will need to sign a waiver in order to participate in the class.   This is a wonderful way to start the New Year by working out for strength, flexibility, and serenity.

Destress and come back to your natural state of balance with this restorative yoga practice led by Tara Bishop, Chopra Center Yoga Certified Teacher. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, or a few mats will be available for use. First-time attendees will be asked to sign a participation waiver. This is a no-cost class for everyone!
