Tuesday Yoga is back! A free beginner yoga class taught by Lindsey Crawford of Yoga District. We meet in the sunny children's programming room. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring your own mat or towel. Participants will have to sign a waiver. 18+ please.
Yoga at Your Library is a beginner level yoga class for adults and teens brought to you courtesy of Yoga Activist. No experience is required. The class is free. You can bring your own mat, but if you don’t have one yoga mats are available for use during the class.

Start your Saturdays with Carol, Marjorie and some relaxing, stress-free yoga. Everyone is welcome, beginners especially! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours (limited availability). A signed waiver form is required.

Have a balanced autumn with the help of Viniyoga, a type of gentle hatha yoga. After many requests we were able to expand the class schedule. Each class is 75 minutes long and will be seated on a first-come, first served basis. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Join us in the children's room for free, family yoga. In this program, you will: Stretch your body with gentle yoga movements. Move into new and familiar yoga positions. Learn about yoga and its health benefits. Relax with breathing exercises. Do yoga with Dexter!

Join us for a weekly Vinyasa flow-style yoga class. Vinyasa flow focuses on linking breath and movement and getting our bodies moving and warmed up, followed by a closing sequence that is relaxing and calming. All skill levels welcome. Instructor Jen DeMayo has practiced yoga for over 15 years and completed her teacher training at Yoga District.

Join us on Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. for a Yoga Storytime with local instructor Crystal Waitekus! Go on an adventure with yoga! This special class will feature songs, music, and lots of creative yoga games. Children ages 3 to 7 will build literacy skills and healthy bodies during this fun, informative program!
