Meditation Yoga

Saturday Morning Yoga

Start your Saturdays with Carol, Marjorie and some relaxing, stress-free yoga. Everyone is welcome, beginners especially! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours (limited availability). A signed waiver form is required.

Embrace the warmer spring months with the help of a gentle yoga practice. Classes are free and 75 minutes long. Please bring your own yoga mat. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis but limited to thirty (30) participants. The library will hand out thirty (30) FREE tickets starting at 10:15 a.m. A ticket is required to enter the class. One ticket per person.

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Take a Banghra/Bollywood dance class to have fun, work out and learn about other cultures. The class is forty-five minutes long, suitable for adults, and free. Teachers from the Dakshina Dance Company will lead the class.

From medicine cabinet to beautifying your body - herbs & botanicals are such wonderful yet often overlooked gifts of nature.   Join the experts from Bazaar Spices as they cover the basics - from learning how you can use botanicals to remove unwanted blemishes from your skin to making your own DIY cleaning products, skin salves & even bug repellant.   During the talk, you may even find that weeds in your backyard might actually make a great tea or stomach soother.
