Trick or Treat! We are excited to announce Petworth's fifth annual Stuffed Animal Sleepover! This year, we will be celebrating Halloween with your plush pals. Kids are welcome to wear costumes, and to dress their friends in costume. Children will leave their friends overnight to have spooky adventures at the library! All ages are welcome.

Are you scared? Well, don’t be! Our Halloween Party is going to be fun, friendly, and fabulous! We’ll have creepy crafts, spooky music, tricks and treats to giveaway, pumpkin weighing, a costume parade, and of course, candy! Get your fright faces on and come by for a spooktacular good time! All ages welcome; most suited for ages 4 - 12. Costumes welcome and encouraged!** **In light of recent events, please no clown costumes or plastic weapons of any kind
Kids, Get a head start on Trick-or-Treating at the Parklands-Turner Neighborhood Library, Thursday, October 27 at 6:00 p.m. Come and learn about the history of Trick-or-Treat while making your very own kitty-cat or jack-o-lantern bag! After you make your bag, library staff will fill it with candy and you can take it home, along with your new few fun facts about Halloween! This event is for children ages 2 to 12. Parents, please feel free to join in the fun!
Ready, set, come for Halloween fun at your Library. Dress up in masks and costumes and join the party. Children will hear stories and learn why ghosts and skeletons and other creepy creatures are associated with Halloween. Celebrate Halloween fun and trick-or-treat. For ages 5-12. This program is free and open to the public.

Hey kids before you head off trick-or-treating on Monday put on your costume and stop by for some Halloween fun. We will be making some creepy crafts and treats can be found throughout the library. This is a drop-in event. Craft stations will be open until 4 p.m. or while supplies last.

No need to scream or growl if your looking for something fun to do on Halloween! Join us for some ghastly themed music as we sway to a terrifying beat. Join us in the children's room for some karaoke and a simple craft. You can dress in your favorite costume or come as you are. For ages 6 and up.
