Sundays in December, join us for Sunday Pop-Up Yoga at the library taught by instructors from WithLoveDC. WithLoveDC is a movement to spread love, joy, and acceptance throughout the District. The Practice With Love classes aim to create an accessible space for all people to tune into their breath while enjoying the amazing spaces around our beautiful city. WithLoveDC is thrilled to bring their free yoga gatherings to the Southeast Library; come flow with us!

Take the colder months in stride with the help of various forms of gentle yoga. After several requests we were able to expand the class schedule. Each class is 75 minutes long and will be seated on a first-come, first served basis. Please bring your own yoga mat.
