Our 10 a.m. gentle yoga class is designed to accommodate all skill levels and ranges of motion, especially targeting adults ages 55+.July class schedule: Tuesday, 7/5 Tuesday, 7/19 Monday, 7/25 **No classes on Tuesday, 7/12 or Tuesday, 7/26. The 7/26 class will move to Monday, 7/25**
