Deanwood Closes Early During Spring Break

Deanwood Library will have adjusted hours of operation on Wednesday, April 20 and Monday, April 25. The library will open at 12 p.m. and close at 8 p.m. on both days. All D.C. Public Libraries will be closed Sunday, April 24.

Job Clinic

Neighboring Now Ward 7 and Deanwood Library offer a free job clinic on Saturday, February 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Saturday, March 5, from 1 to 3 p.m."Life Happens... Are You Ready?"   is a Greater DC Cares Neighboring Now Initiative program.One-on-one volunteer job coaches will assist the unemployed and underemployed with the tools they need to search for jobs as well as teaching interview techniques to gain and maintain employment.
