From Quincy’s Diary: Wednesday, November 3, 2010
Hello, Friends! My name is Sir Quincy of Quiet Waters. Although some think I should be called Sir Kiss-a-Lot! Ha. Ha. You can call me Quincy. Apart from giving kisses, I love to play ball and make new friends. Tonight at the library I saw my pal Pup-a-Roo and made some new PAL and human friends. I dazzled them from the start with my stellar pirouettes, followed by a high five.
I heard a few good stories; Behind the Mask by Yangsook Choi and The Adventures of Taxi Dog by Debra and Sal Barracca stand out. However, my absolute favorite part of the evening was getting a mini make-over by a little girl. She smoothed my ears for a long time and encouraged the ends to go upward. Not only did it feel great, but I looked rather fancy by the time I left the library. It was an all-around great night! I can’t wait to go back.
