Book to Movie Film Series

Starting in late March, the Georgetown Library will be screening some of your favorite movies based on your favorite books. Join us Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. for the following films, all rated PG-13.
- March 24: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), based on the story by F. Scott Fitzgerald
- March 31: The Bourne Identity (2002), based on Robert Ludlum's popular "Bourne" series
- April 7: Eat Pray Love (2010), based on Elizabeth Gilbert's mega-bestselling memoirs
- April 14: The Count of Monte Cristo (2002), based on Alexandre Dumas' classic epic of revenge
- April 21: The Painted Veil (2006), based on Somerset Maugham's romantic, historical novel
- April 28: Seabiscuit (2003) based on the nonfiction title by Laura Hillenbrand, whose Unbroken is currently residing at the top of the bestseller charts.
