From Pablo’s Diary: Tuesday, April 12, 2011
Hi. I’m Pablo. I’m six, and I am a Libra. Miss Julie is a Libra, too. No wonder we get along so well!
There were three PAL dogs at the library tonight. B, D and P—Me! Hee. Hee. Hee. It’s fun to play rhyming games.
Well, spring has sprung! Yippie-Ka-Yeah! Rolling in mud is a sensational feeling. A mud bath is like a trip to the spa for me. I know I should try to keep my white fur white. And I did just get a hair trim… so I should try to keep respectable looking. I just cannot help myself. I love mud. I think Philemon Sturges should write a book named that. He has I Love Bugs!, I Love School!, I Love Tools! and many more! It’s time he writes one called I Love Mud!, don’t you think?
Speaking of books, I heard many stories tonight. I heard: Too Many Dogs by Lori Haskins, First Dog by J. Patrick Lewis, The Bookshop Dog by Cynthia Rylant and Sally Gets a Job by Stephen Huneck.
Well, I’m off to trot around the neighborhood and take in the sweet smells of spring before I call it a day.
Happy wags,
Pablo
