Are you participating in NaNoWriMo this year?
What is NaNoWriMo?
NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month, and it takes place annually during the month of November. The goal of participants is to finish a 50,000 word, (approximately 175 page) novel by 11:59:59, November 30. Even though the event started on November 1, it’s not too late to register and get writing! For more details, visit the National Novel Writing Month website.
If you need just a little bit of “professional advice” on how to write your novel, the library is the place to look:
| This Year You Write Your Novel by Walter Mosley | |
| The Secret Miracle: The Novelist's Handbook by Daniel Alarcon | |

| Persistence of Memory by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes | |
