Love rage comics? Can't get enough Internet memes? Show off your comic genius at the library. Create a hilarious library-themed meme. All memes will be displayed in the Teen section of the Lamond-Riggs Neighborhood Library. Participants will vote for the funniest library-themed memes, and winners will be featured on the Lamond-Riggs Library Facebook Page.
