Income Tax Preparation Assistance from AARP

Did you know that income tax assistance is available here at the Takoma Park Neighborhood Library for individuals with incomes of less than $35,000 annually, and families with incomes of less than $45,000 annually?

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, the nation’s largest free, volunteer-run tax assistance and preparation service, will offer free assistance with filing federal and state returns here on Tuesday afternoons between February 7 and April 17, 2012, from 1 to 4:30 p.m.  For a complete list of documents to bring, please call 1-877-SAVE-515.
