Japanese Fish Printing
Learn the art of gyotaku, or Japanese fish printing, at the Southeast Library on Friday, May 4 at 4 p.m. at this hands-on program on traditional Japanese printmaking. Gyo means "fish" and taku means "rubbing". This program is in conjunction with and presented by the National Geographic Museum, as part of the exhibit, Samurai: The Warrior Transformed.
Recommended for ages 8 and up.
