Black Women Who Bike is having a information session on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. for those who want to learn more about biking in the nation's capital. If you own a bicycle and a lock, please bring them.
If you don't own a bicycle, but want to learn more, please join us. All levels of experience are welcome.
