Keep Your New Year's Resolution
On Tuesday, Jan. 8 at 6:30 p.m., join us at Northwest One Neighborhood Library for a special yoga class. The class will begin with a brief explanation of what yoga is, and what it can do for you. People of all levels are welcome, from beginners to experts. The class, taught by a professional yoga instructor from Yoga Activists, is free and open to the public.
Yoga mats are provided by the library. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and an open mind!
