Meditation for Healthy Living
On Monday, March 10 at 7 p.m., Karin Silverman, who has been practicing meditation for over 40 years, will discuss the extraordinary benefits of meditation and how it improves the overall physical, mental, and spiritual health of the individual. Karin will present effective methods for creating a more satisfying lifestyle and a deep sense of peace.
During this presentation, the audience will learn effective strategies and a simple but profound meditation technique that will help reduce stress and worry. The audience will have a chance to practice this technique during the workshop.
