This month, we show "Sweatshop: Deadly Fashion", which follows three young fashion bloggers who spend one month in Cambodia to live as garment workers. This film is available through the library's e-content resource InstantFlix. Ages 13-19 are welcome.

Why We Can't Wait by Martin Luther King, Jr.

Teen Book Club

In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we will be reading "Letter from Birmingham Jail" found in his book Why We Can't Wait.   We will explore Dr. King's idea of what is moral law and immoral law and why it is important to still be reading King.  "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
