Their friendly and professional wildlife presenters have years of experience entertaining audiences of all ages with funny animal stories and facts while showcasing a colorful variety of exotic animals.   This program is open to attendees ages 5 and up (and their accompanying adults).

Stories from Around the World: Russia

Come experience a little bit of Russia. Hear a Russian folktale and enjoy a corresponding craft. Children will also be introduced to Russia’s Cyrillic alphabet.

2nd Annual Summer Reading Block Party!

It's a block party of epic proportions! Join us for an afternoon celebrating your Summer Reading achievements! We'll have games, snacks, prizes, music, and more as we close out the summer!  Open to all ages! From 1 - 4 p.m. in front of the library on 7th Street NE.

Japan in a Suitcase

Curious about Japan? Come learn about it! Japan-in-a-Suitcase provides hands-on activities as well as items from Japanese elementary schools including traditional clothing and games.   For kids ages 6-12.
