Pajama Movie Night: Zootopia

Determined to prove herself, Officer Judy Hopps, the first bunny on Zootopia's police force, jumps at the chance to crack her first case even if it means partnering with scam-artist fox Nick Wilde to solve the mystery.  Pajamas, food, blankets and pillows are welcome. This is our last movie of the summer. In the Fall, Pajama Movie Night will be held monthly.

Children and their caregivers, will explore stories and activities to encourage children to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning. This 30-40 minute program is designed to promote language and listening skills, expand children’s imaginations and arouse their curiosity about the world around them. Tickets are required to attend this program. They are available at the Children’s Desk 30 minutes before the start of the story time on a first-come, first-served basis.

Get up and get moving at our Toddler Story Time. This 20-30 minute program is full of books, songs and fun activities that are designed to help develop your child’s language skills. Children ages 12-36 months and their caregivers are encouraged to engage with the stories and activities and participate in the program along with the children. Tickets are required to attend this program and are available at the Children’s Desk 30 minutes before the start of the story time on a first-come, first-served basis.

Promoting language and literacy skills, these story times are a great way to further your child’s lifelong love of reading and learning. Children and their caregivers are encouraged to actively engage and participate with the stories and activities during the program.

Join us in the Children's Room every Tuesday after Toddler Story Time for an informal, indoor playdate. Kids can play with toys, browse books, visit with friends, and toddle! We'll set out toys to develop motor skills and books to encourage early literacy. You bring the little ones. For children ages birth to 3 with their parents or caregivers.

Please join us for evening Hatha Yoga with Diana Abdul. She is certified as an RYS 200 Hatha Yoga instructor. Hatha Yoga is a form of gentle yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat.  Participants must sign waiver. No registration required.

A story time experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. This 20-30 minute story time introduces books, songs, rhymes, tickles and bounces developmentally appropriate for children ages birth to when they start walking.This story time is designed so the baby will be in their caregiver’s lap and the grownup is actively involved in the program. Tickets are required to attend this program. They are available at the Children’s Desk 30 minutes before the start of the story time on a first-come, first-served basis.
