This Twitter book club meets every Wednesday at lunchtime to compare notes with library staffers and customers on what you're currently reading. Love it or hate it, we want to know. The meetings are held from noon until 1 p.m on Twitter @dcpl using the hashtag #brownbagdc. The #brownbagdc chat is run by multiple library staff members.

Are you a non-native speaker of English who would like to practice your English language skills or build vocabulary? If yes, join us virtually on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. or at 6 p.m. for the Library's ESL Conversation Circles. The 2-hour sessions are for non-native speakers of English ages 18 and older with low intermediate or higher English language skills. Contact libraryexpress@dc.gov for the link.
