Start your Saturdays with Carol, Marjorie and some relaxing, stress-free yoga. Everyone is welcome, beginners especially! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours (limited availability). A signed waiver form is required.

Join our instructors for a free one-hour yoga class for all levels every Tuesday at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library. The 11:30 a.m. class is suitable for yoga practitioners of all ages and skill levels. November class schedule: 11/14, 11/21, 11/28 December class schedule: 12/5, 12/12, 12/19 - no class on the 26th
Yoga Tuesdays with Me First Yoga & Beyond This 45 minute class will focus on the health benefits of yoga for health and wellness. Including: Improving flexibility, and proper breathing Improving blood circulation through the joints and tissues Increasing mobility Meditation to relieve stress, and lower blood pressure Please bring your own mats.

Destress and come back to your natural state of balance with this restorative yoga practice led by Tara Bishop, Chopra Center Yoga Certified Teacher. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, or a few mats will be available for use. First-time attendees will be asked to sign a participation waiver. This is a no-cost class for everyone!
