Get up and get moving at our Baby and Toddler Story Times. These 20-to-30-minute programs are full of books, songs and fun activities, and are designed to help develop your child’s language skills. Children ages 18 to 36 months and their grownups are encouraged to engage with the stories and activities and participate in the program along with the children.

A story time experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. These 20-30 minutes story times introduce books, songs, rhymes, tickles and bounces developmentally appropriate for children ages birth to 1 year. Baby Lap Time is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the joys of reading in a positive and fun atmosphere.

Get up and get creative at Toddler Art and Stories. These 20-to-30-minute programs are full of books, songs and art activities that are designed to help develop your child’s language and motor skills. After story time, your child will participate in a process-oriented art project to explore art materials and the world around them. Process-oriented art focuses on what can be learned from the act of making art rather than the product.

On the third Thursday of each month, kids can use their engineering skills to build using with Legos, Duplos, magnetic tiles, building discs and more. Put yourself to the test with our monthly building challenge, or construct your own creative structure straight from your imagination. This is an activity suited to ages 4-12; all children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
