Saturday Technology Training Session

Saturday Technology Training Sessions are an opportunity for members of the Adaptive Technology community to get together and share information in an open environment. Adaptive Technologies are broadly defined to include assistive software, hardware, and systems (like screen readers, speech-to-text, and video-relay-services), but also any procedure for success or approach to achieving a goal that is important to participants.

Study for the civics or language exams. Practice your English with online resources. Learn more about the process of becoming a citizen.

Friday Lunch and Learn is an hour-long bring-your-own brown-bag lunch and Adaptive Technology discussion held at the Library Express branch of the DC Public Library every Friday from noon to 1 p.m. It is an opportunity for people who are interested in assistive technology - especially those enrolled in the JAWS classes - to share information informally. Our opening Lunch and Learn at Library Express will be Friday, May 12 at noon. We hope you can make it.
