DC Public Library is seeking a qualified Certified Small Business Enterprise  with the District of Columbia to provide all submittals, permitting, materials, labor, utility coordination, move services including any offsite storage, supplies, equipment, and other services required to complete the construction services for the renovation of Shaw/Watha T. Daniels Library.
