For those who need to be introduced to the world of computers, this is the class for you. In this two hour class, you will overcome your fears and gain the skills that can get you ready for the workplace.  Seats are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 30 minutes early to sign in for a seat at one of the 12 workstations.

NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment & Certificate - Proctored Session

Friday, May 24, 2019, 1:00 pm

The NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment and Certificate are respected workforce credentials that affirm your competency in basic digital literacy skills. A photo ID will be required to log on, and a passing score of 85 percent on each assessment will be required to receive the NDLA Certificate during this 1.5-hour proctored session.

Join us for skill assessments for adults who need a high school diploma (GED or National External Diploma) and tutoring for those with skills at the high school level.  Assessments take place on Saturday mornings only, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tutoring takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Please note: In order to qualify for tutoring, you must take the assessment first.
