​In this 1.5 hour session, you will engage in self-paced, practice tutorials and custom lessons for improving typing and keyboarding skills, in order to help you create the cover letter and résumé needed to launch your career.  Seats are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 30 minutes early to sign in for a seat at one of the 12 workstations. Join us for skill assessments for adults who need a high school diploma (GED or National External Diploma) and tutoring for those with skills at the high school level.  Assessments take place on Saturday mornings only, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tutoring takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Please note: In order to qualify for tutoring, you must take the assessment first. Web I Basics

In this two-hour class, you will learn the basic terminology and navigational skills associated with surfing and searching the Internet via the worldwide Web. These skills can help you search online job boards and complete online job applications. NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment & Certificate - Proctored Session

The NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment and Certificate are respected workforce credentials that affirm your competency in basic digital literacy skills. A photo ID will be required to log on, and a passing score of 85 percent on each assessment will be required to receive the NDLA Certificate during this 1.5-hour proctored session.
