Gentle Yoga

Join our instructors for a free one-hour yoga class every Tuesday morning at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library. The 10 a.m. gentle yoga class is designed to accommodate all skill levels and ranges of motion, especially targeting adults ages 55+ and those with limited flexibility. Please note that there is a late-arrival policy for all Georgetown Library yoga programs: Anyone arriving more than five minutes after the start of class will not be able to enter the classroom.

Moderate Yoga

Join our instructors for a free one-hour yoga class every Tuesday morning at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library. The 11:30 a.m. moderate yoga class is designed to challenge those with some experience, adding difficulty to challenge the mind and body. Drawing for Life

Please note this class is now full, and we are not accepting any more registrations.  In this drawing class students will be exposed to the importance of observation in drawing still life, landscape and figure. Students will practice depicting the shape of objects, their proportion, perspective, the use of "light and dark" in modeling subjects, and ultimately capturing "the gesture of life" for each subject.
