"Petworth Pacers," our new, FREE walking fitness program takes off on Tuesday, April 30! All walkers should bring their own water bottle (and a small face towel for perspiration if you prefer) and dress in comfortable, movement-oriented clothing.

Our walks will be low impact and moderately paced on either a track or throughout the Petworth neighborhood.  We will focus on elevating the heart rate, regulating pace and breath, staying hydrated and enjoying each other’s company in the great outdoors!
