God's Miracles present "Songs of the Civil Rights Movement"

quintetJoin the community and residents of WCA for an inspirational and educational evening of music and personal reflections with God's Miracles Quintet as they present “Songs of the Civil Rights Movement.”

God’s Miracles are five men from the streets of Washington, D.C. The group started out as an a capella group in high school some 30 years ago, singing doo-wop and street corner harmony. God’s Miracles has performed with artists such as the Delphonics, Wayne Lindzy (of Frankie Beverly) and Al Johnson (The Unifics).

The group performed before the “Reclaim the Dream Concert" along with the Rev. Al Sharpton and before thousands at the AFL-CIO convention in 2010, Crampton Auditorium with Jeff Majors. The group travels throughout the United States and has accompanied the Honorable Mayor Vincent Gray, District of Columbia City Council, for charity and community events.
