Parklands-Turner Neighborhood Library is Four Years Old!

Bring out the balloons! Bring out the cake!

Parklands-Turner is turning 4 years old and no better day to celebrate our anniversary than on Oct. 6, the first Sunday when all branch libraries will be open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.!

Our events include:

• Ms. Brenda Richardson, DCPL Library Board of Trustees, greeting library users as they enter the library (1-2 p.m.)
• Story time for the very young, read by teens and adults (2:15-2:45 p.m.) 
• Learn something new! The Library now offers over 500 free online continuing education classes through UniversalClass (3-3:45 p.m.)
• The FOPTL (Friends of the Parklands-Turner Library) will be on hand to greet library users (4-4:30 p.m.)

Come early and plan to spend the entire afternoon at the Parklands-Turner Neighborhood Library.
