Experience a gentle, traditional movement system which emphasizes softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by National Institutes of Health, the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the class.  Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. We will provide chairs for those who want to take a break and observe.

The one-hour class will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.
