Yoga for all Ages
Join us on Mondays, Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, for a free yoga class for the whole family provided by Yoga Activist.Yoga Activist is an organization dedicated to providing free yoga instruction to communities by partnering instructors with social service organizations interested in promoting the benefits of yoga.
Mats will be provided. Registration is preferred, but not required.
