"Grow Your Own Business with Online Surveys" is sponsored in partnership with Constant Contact, Inc. and is a workshop designed to give small businesses and nonprofit organizations simple ideas for growing their organizations using email marketing, social media and online surveys.  Learn how to use the feedback you receive to evaluate your products/services, programs, and events, in order to make continuous improvements in your business. Registration is limited to 36 participants and workstations will be assigned to registered participants first. Walk-in participants are welcome and all participants can feel free to bring their tablets or laptops.

  • Determining what information is the most important to collect in order to understand and respond to your customers
  • Boosting the power of your email marketing
  • What do I say? Quick, easy, & engaging ideas to write about
  • How to get more people to stop and read your messages
  • What's your call to action? How to get more action, or reaction, to your messages and offers
  • What it means to run a campaign and tactics for measuring success -- without spending a lot of time or money
Participants will leave with a workbook full of ideas for timing their messages, how to write a winning subject line, what kinds of offers or content they want to try and how best to approach their next outreach project.

This class is best suited for beginners in online marketing. We will touch on Facebook, how to use images (photos, albums and videos) for higher impact -- and we will even cover the importance of mobile-friendly content for higher engagement.

Presenter: This workshop is presented by Romona Foster. Romona is a highly endorsed social media trainer teaching professionals how to leverage and brand their businesses through the use of social media.  She is an engaging speaker who is passionate about all things related to social media marketing.
