"Grow Your Own Business with Online Surveys" is sponsored in partnership with Constant Contact, Inc. and is a workshop designed to give small businesses and nonprofit organizations simple ideas for growing their organizations using email marketing, social media and online surveys. Learn how to use the feedback you receive to evaluate your products/services, programs, and events, in order to make continuous improvements in your business. (2.5 hours)

This class is best suited for beginners in online marketing. We will touch on Facebook, how to use images (photos, albums and videos) for higher impact -- and we will even cover the importance of mobile-friendly content for higher engagement.
