picpromdressesRosedale Neighborhood Library's Prom Come True event will be held next door at the Rosedale Recreation Center 1701 Gales Street, NE on April 26, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During this exciting event, high school seniors will come select prom attire, receive prizes and learn do-it-yourself grooming tips any prospective prom queen or king can use! Simply bring proof that you are a matriculating high school senior (a school ID or official class schedule will do) and come find the right look for your upcoming event!

Stop by the Rosedale Recreation Center on Saturday, April 26 for:
  • Gently-used prom/formal dresses (a wide range of sizes available)
  • Prom shoes (for females and males)
  • Other formal wear accessories (for females and males)
  • A chance to receive free goods and services

With the stress of final grade point averages, acceptance letters and graduation fees, the pressures and costs of the prom could prove to be financially challenging for some families. DC Public Library is happy to announce that we are there for our youth community!
