Build Your Following and Your Reach is sponsored in partnership with Constant Contact, Inc. and is a three-hour workshop that will help you to determine whether you are using the powerful features of your hosted email service.  The workshop will also show you how to use both email and social media to communicate not just to – but through – your email list subscribers.

  • Welcome Letter customization (with HOT calls to action)
  • Update profile letters – use these to build a list rich in customer and prospect information
  • Auto-responder – set them up once, and stay engaged with your readers without ever having to press a key
  • Social Share – so every reader becomes your sales rep & ambassador
  • Mobile apps – taking new subscribers, reading reports, even customizing & sending emails – all from your mobile phone
  • QR codes – what are they and how can they work with your email marketing?
  • Capture contacts easily – right from your computer desktop, laptop -- anywhere you’ve got your Mac or PC computer
  • Social Campaign Pages – how to set up and use customized, trackable Facebook campaign pages that quickly, easily expand your reach on Facebook and beyond!
 
About your presenter: 

Romona Foster is a social media trainer and consultant. She trains groups and individuals on how to use LinkedIn, how to market on Facebook, all about Twitter, Email Marketing, Pinterest, Google +, and Microsoft Office. She has conducted workshops for several organizations including “Discover the Power of Twitter Tweet-A-Thon Style” for Social Media Week 2013, Washington, DC and “Leveraging the Power of LinkedIn: Personal Branding for Sales Professionals” for the National Sales Network DC-Baltimore chapter. Romona has also served as a guest panelist for the Maryland Hispanic Business Conference 2013 “Reach & Sell to the Hispanic Market” and National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), Inc. Washington DC Chapter’s 2012 Pre-Conference Career Expo: “Using Social Media Networking to Advance Your Career” and “Branding: What Sets You Apart From Other Job Seekers?”.
