Exercise In Bed
Those of us who exercise usually try running, walking, cycling and other things which can sometimes overwhelm us and make us tired and sore.
Now it's time to try another form of exercise that you can do in bed either before getting up in the morning or going to sleep at night. 

Exercise in Bed is a total body wellness program done in bed and designed to help:
  • Reverse the effect of aging
  • Improve sore achy muscles and joint
  • Improve circulation, sleep, energy and vision
  • Tone, firm and trim the body
                                            This workshop is conducted by Doris Johnson, a licensed occupational therapist.
