History

The American Society of Landscape Architects was organized to advance the education and skills of landscape architects and to promote interest in urban, regional, and neighborhood planning. The Potomac Chapter encompasses D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Scope and Content Note

The collection contains correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, financial data, and membership information that document the work and activities of the chapter. It also includes a number of publications including Outdoor Advertising, Landscape Architecture Quarterly and annual reports of the chapter.
