'Empty Mansions' Author Bill Dedman

Dedman to Skype in to book club on Thursday!

Bill DedmanThe West End Interim Library has some exciting news for members of our non-fiction book club!

Bill Dedman, author of our October book
 Empty Mansions, will be skyping in to our meeting Thursday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m., to answer questions about his book. Bill introduced the public to heiress Huguette Clark and her empty mansions through a series of narratives for NBC, which became the most popular feature in the history of its news website. This led to the writing of Empty Mansions, which became a No. 1 bestselling book.

Bill won the 1989 Pulitzer Prize in investigative reporting and has written for
The New York Times and The Washington Post.
