Movie Showing: 'Remember The Titans'
On Jan. 11 at 2 p.m., in celebration of MLK Week, the William O. Lockridge Library will show Remember The Titans.
In 1971, at the desegragated T.C. Williams High School, a black head coach, Herman Boon leads the football team to achieve racial harmony and success. The Titans go undefeated while battling racial prejudice, before slowly gaining support from the community.
