Celebrate National Play Dough Day on September 16!
September 16 is National Play Dough Day! Join us on Monday, Sept. 14 from 10:30-11:15 a.m. Children ages 2.5 - 4 years old will LOVE squishing, kneading and creating new things with dough. Ms. Tea will follow a simple non-toxic recipe that requires no cooking, and provide other resources and household items as dough modeling tools to prompt creative thinking/exploration.
Please note: Adults are required to chaperone any children under the age of 9 at the library. This program is also developmentally-appropriate for special needs children who respond to sensory-oriented play and learning.
Please call at least one day in advance to notify us of a group of five or more children to ensure that we have enough supplies. No need to be dressy, this play is a bit messy!
