Hollywood found Dashiell Hammett’s wisecracking, martini-sipping husband and wife detective team irresistible and you will too. Join them as they get to the bottom of a murder mystery that they are conscripted into solving against their will (crimefighting gets in the way of happy hours). 

Come into the library and pick up a copy of the novel, it's a witty and enjoyable mystery. In addition to William Powell and Myrna Loy, the film stars the adorably clever Schnauzer, Asta.
