Jumping rope is a great way to burn calories, tone muscles and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Come learn how to Double Dutch jump and get your exercise done for the day in a fun way.
 
Ages 6 and up
 
Note: The Nationals have provided jump ropes to be given away at this event (while quantities last).
 
Participants will have to sign a waiver to participate.
