Dancing Mindfulness

Last date: Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016, 7:30 p.m. (see all dates)

Dancing Mindfulness uses meditation, movement and music to bring individuals into a space of self awareness.

If you have trouble sitting still in seated meditation, Dancing Mindfulness could be perfect for you. There is no choreography or rehearsed dance moves. It is all about free movement in a judgment free environment. Individuals are encouraged to let music guide their free movement, and any possible movement is invited. The class will be led by Nicole Renard, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator with a deep love for dance.
