Musical Performance: Milkshake!
Performing at our Summer Reading Kickoff, June 4 at 2 p.m.
Milkshake is a Grammy-nominated rock duo for kids and kids at heart, made up of vocalist Lisa Mathews and acoustic guitarist Mikel Gehl. The group has released three award-winning CDs, including two Parents’ Choice Awards and a NAPPA Gold Award. Milkshake’s videos can be seen on Noggin, PBS KIDS, and Discovery Kids. As “Parents” Magazine says, “If kids don’t push the replay button…parents will!”
