July 17, 1 p.m., we will be discussing Scott Einberger's  A History of Rock Creek Park, D.C.'s national park which forms the southern boundary of the Cleveland Park neighborhood.  In 1890 Rock Creek Park became the first federally managed urban nature park in the country, and its 1,754 acres remain one of the largest to this day.  Copies are available to check out at the library.
