This fall, the Georgetown Book Club takes part in DC Reads: Democracy with a discussion of Jennifer Close's 2016 novel The Hopefuls.
A look at how marriage and ambition can collide, the novel follows Beth Kelly and her husband Matt as they relocate to Washington, DC for his political career.
