Book to Film Series

Featuring Novels by and about African Americans

Join us the entire month of February for a special film series in celebration of Black History Month.

Films showcased in this series will be film adaptations of books that are written by or about popular and famous African Americans, and will range in ratings from PG to R.

Black History Month celebrates the accomplishments of African Americans, and this special film series will feature film adaptations of famous novels, plays, and poems written by or featuring African Americans. This special event will take place all month long, every Monday evening starting at 6:00 p.m. in February  2017.
