Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

September is National Yoga Month. 

Join us as we Celebrate National Yoga Month at Francis Gregory Library.

These 75-minute classes will combine two styles of yoga: Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Yin Yoga is a slower style of yoga focused on improving flexibility and and circulation through the joints and connective tissues. Yoga Nidra or “Sleep Yoga” is a guided relaxation practice that incorporates breath work and visualization exercises to relax the body and the mind
 
Classes will be held on Thursday, September 7 and 21, 2017 at 7 p.m.

Please bring your own yoga mats, blocks, water, straps and blanket.
