Meet Louie

Louie is a PAL volunteer and visits the Mt Pleasant Neighborhood Library when he can.

1. Louie spent 2.5 years training to be a Hero Dogs Service Dog for disabled veterans.
2. Louie was honorably discharged.
3. Louie considered being a bomb sniffer.
4. Louie was better suited to be a Therapy Dog.
5. Louie continues to take classes for therapy and nose work.
6. Louie can pick up keys when a human drops them.
7. Louie can clean up his toys.
8. Louie loves to sing!
9. Louie shares his adventures on his Hero Dog blog.
10. Louie has a sense of humor and is very athletic.
