NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment and Certificate - Proctored Session

The NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment and Certificate are respected workforce credentials that affirm your competency in basic digital literacy skills. A photo ID will be required to log on, and a passing score of 85 percent on each assessment will be required to receive the NDLA Certificate during this two-hour proctored session.
Seats are limited to six participants and will be assigned to customers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Earn your NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment (NDLA) Certificate in one or more of the following areas of basic digital literacy:
- Computer Basics
- Internet
- Windows
- Mac OS X
- MS Word
- Social Media
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Info Literacy
Note:
- You must have a current picture ID.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in for a seat at one of the six workstations.
- You may only take one of each assessment during the proctored session.
- If you receive a passing score of 85 percent on any one or more of the assessments during the proctored session, you will receive an NDLA Certificate for each assessment passed.
- If you score below 85 percent on any assessment, you will not be permitted to retake that particular assessment during the same proctored session. You will need to engage our free computer classes and the practice sessions of the NDLA as preparation for the retake of the proctored NDLA at a later date.
